What is included PIVOT Positioning™ Group Coaching Experience?
  • Career Roadmap Assessment: You’ll get a personalized audit of where she is, what’s blocking her, and what her fastest path forward looks like from day one.
  • Group Coaching Calls: You’ll participate in facilitated sessions combining peer learning, hot-seat coaching, and expert-led frameworks across the full 90 days.
  • 1:1 Individualized Session: A private deep-dive with Desiree — for the goals and challenges that need a confidential, strategic thought partner.
  • Goal Strategy Mapping: A structured session to translate ambition into architecture — specific goals, sequences, and milestones that are workable.
  • Goal Celebration Ceremony: A closing experience that marks the transition — reinforcing identity, progress, and the community built over 90 days.

Expected Outcomes:

  • A Defined Career Strategy: Participants leave with a clear, purposeful roadmap to their next opportunity — not a vague aspiration, but a written plan with milestones and moves.
  • Customized Executive Narratives: Each leader will create her own leadership story to communicate her power, purpose, and potential.
  • A Clear Execution Plan: Each leader will develop a working plan they can implement immediately — with specific next steps, accountability structures, and decision frameworks.
  • Negotiation Confidence: Leaders will gain skills to advocate for compensation, scope, and title — grounded in data, delivered with authority. Women leave knowing their number and how to say it.
  • Peer Community & Accountability: Leaders will gain access to a vetted cohort of high-achieving peers navigating the same terrain and build relationships and social capital that outlasts the experience.

Leader Skills Developed:

  • Strategic Self-Positioning: How to make invisible contributions visible. How to be seen — not just known — in the rooms that drive advancement decisions.
  • Decision Clarity Under Pressure: Frameworks for high-stakes decisions — when to stay, when to move, when to negotiate, and when to walk. Confidence without second-guessing.
  • Executive Presence & Communication: Commanding a room, influencing without authority, and communicating upward with precision. How to speak so leaders listen.
  • Leadership Alignment: Reconnecting who they are to how they lead — so their values, style, and ambition are coherent and compelling at every level.
  • Boundary-Setting & Sustainability: Participants learn to protect and optimize bandwidth without losing effectiveness. How to lead ambitiously without burning out — especially for women carrying multiple roles.

Selection criteria is based on:

  • Career stage: Possesses 10+ years of professional experience.
  • Clarity of need: Names a specific challenge to navigate or names the specific growth competencies needed.
  • Commitment: Ready to be challenged and prepared to attend all sessions and complete between-session work.
  • Conviction to Complete: Possesses a growth mindset and is prepared to both intentionally invest time in this program and actively pursue a funding path – whether that is self-pay, a payment plan, employer sponsorship, or scholarship inquiry. Note, inability to pay will not impact your selection in any way.
  • Community orientation: Open to peer learning and group accountability. Also, willing to give as much as they receive.
  • Coachability: Willing to be honest, challenged, and held accountable. Growth-oriented, not validation-seeking.
